Zing!

Courtesy of Senator Scott McCoy in response to the allegation that he can't get anything done on The Hill if he isn't a GOPer. "You have given me an idea. I will start co-sponsoring all the bills I don't like so that the House will kill them."

Ethan,

That's not fair to Scott. Let's tone down the Radio Hype. At least Scott McCoy is participating in the debate. He may not like the reality of Utah County House Leadership killing anything he sponsor's, but that is reality and voters should be aware...

T.C.C.

Why the language? Maybe you should talk to Scott first, before trashing me. We agree on many issues like Healthcare reform. I have spoken with Scott in person, and there is "NO" negative feelings on my part. Scott is a smart attorney, and promotes his issue's well. I just know the reality of how things really work in the Legislature.

Voters should be aware that the Utah Republicans hijack the democratic process by crashing dissenting views or whatever doesn't go by their ideological approaches to matters that need to be resolved from a pragmatic view, and not think tank line if thinking.
Joe Jarvis's moderate views on many issues would not sit well with the rest of "his" party anyway.
The logic of electing a Republican to represent the most Democratic area so "finally" some bills would get passed is flawed. I think American representative democracy is more than just that...

You gotta see Scott’s sarcasm Ethan…
