Christine Johnson

One Utah has a wrap up of the debate between Josh Ewing and Christine Johnson, both candidates in House District 25. I wouldn't cast a vote for Josh Ewing with a ten foot pole. Josh Ewing has been way too close to the RSL disaster for me to feel comfortable helping him get promoted from small- time hack- job ad/pr agency all the way to Utah State Government.

My favorite was the press release stating that he was winning the election 2-0.

The big assumption Mr. Ewing made was assuming that his wife voted for him.

Chris' victory is a well deserved blow to the dark side of the Democratic party.

Sorry, that's a dumb comment anon.

Chris victory is the process we go through and now she will do it again, as a Democrat.

Labling fellow Democrats as being from the dark side means that you have other ambitions. Your way or the high way. Split the Party. You know, Republican type stuff.

Get a clue.

if we elect will be another knife in the back of the democratic party..electing a left wing liberal in lieu of a centerist.

We need a variety of representation on Capitol Hill. It is a mistake to believe that only a centrist observations have value. Most important is how people in Government work with one another as our public servants in our best interest.

I see Christine as a pragmatic problem solver. She will be the voice of her constituents because she is listening to them.

I think that Christine's willingness to suggest bonding for transportation reflects her awareness that high ed needs more funding. And by the way, she already represents the U as Chair of her Community Council.
