So, Mayor Rocky Anderson Is A Meanie

If Mayor Anderson is truly abusive to employees, and a sexual and religious bigot in the workplace, then bring on the lawsuits. Otherwise, this is all just wasted time. It's a mistake to attack politicians based on their personality. It's a poor precedent to set for our elected leaders. We need to elect and encourage efficient and effective politicians not beat down those whose manners we dislike. Here are the blogs who have hit this topic (so far): Casserole Bar Paul Rolly Oblogatory Anecdotes

Thank you for linking to my site on this story. I have also linked to yours as well. we will have to see if anything comes from this. Rocky Anderson has had a very high turn over rate so you know there is something too it.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander. If it's OK to personality bash John Bolton, it's OK to do it to Rocky. If it's not OK to bash Bolton's personality, then it's not OK to bash Rocky's. I agree that we need consistency. If there is a real problem, let's have the proof rather than simple anecdotes.

I think this speaks directly to Rocky's leadership ability. When the people YOU hire and are paid because YOU chose them and THEY (like all the caps shouting - sorry)originally chose to work there...but then leave because they can't stand you - what are people with only one measly vote supposed to think about his leadership? When people are getting paid to put up with him and can't stand it what should the average Joe think?

Another thing that gets me is the lack of statesmanship shown by the Mayor. Look at the recent protest rally. Rocky calls President Bush a liar...and its unfair to call Rocky a religious bigot? The whole thing is complete crap. Just grow up everyone...
